If you have purchased an item from the “Web Themes and Templates” or “Code” category in Ongoing Themes and you are having a technical problem with that item, we suggest contacting the author of that item and seeking help. They can often help you troubleshoot your problem. If there are any features or problems in the theme you bought that are not on your Demo website, these troubles will be eliminated. Unless your website is configured like a demo website, a refund will be made within 15 days. We advise customers to contact with theme author before asking for a refund.
If you were unable to download a purchased item within 3 months of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. In order for the author to verify that you have not downloaded an item, you are asked to provide the author of the item in question with your order code.
If an item contains a vulnerability and cannot be easily fixed, you will be entitled to a refund from the author. If the item can be corrected, the author should update it immediately. If the item contains an uncorrected vulnerability in an appropriate time frame, we expect the author to refund the item.
If an item doesn’t work as it should, the author should update the item and fix the problem immediately. An item is not “as described” if it differs significantly from the item description or preview. If the problem is not resolved or it turns out that the item is “not as described”, you are entitled to a refund from the author.
